Located in Vail, Colorado, the Lionshead Parking structure redevelopment defines urban renewal to a world class mountain resort.  While implementing the public goals of the Town of Vail to replace the 1,100 vehicle concrete parking structure with private money, the 4.3 acre structure is proposed to be developed into a destination focus including a new 150 room hotel, whole and fractional ownership condominiums, upscale shopping district with world class dining, youth recreation facility, community center, and 25,000 square foot civic center.
