As one of the first projects of Vail’s Billion Dollar Renewal, Gore Creek Place was recently completed as one of the perimeter projects following the Loinshead Redevelopment Master Plan Design Guidelines. Located steps to Vail’s Gore Creek, the 16 residence’s surrounding landscape was naturally preserved by designing a custom underground vehicle access driveway to each of the private two car attached garage. With GPSL Architects as the design architects, the exterior detailing followed the characteristics of European Bavarian design for a classic mountain style and residential massing for a neighborhood environment for owners and guests.
